Sire of BF Barona Baroncelli – a champion type through and through. He was the winner of a foal show, winner of the 2000 December approval in Verden and the undisputed winner of his performance test in Münster-Handorf. 135.9 points in dressage and an over average performance in jumping catapulted him to the top. In 2002 Baroncelli was crowned the best stallion of the year by the Hanoverian Verband, a title never given to a privately owned stallion before. At the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf, Baroncelli won the warm up test with a score of 9.1 and stole the hearts of the spectators during the whole show. He just missed winning the finals, taking 2 nd place and the Vice Bundeschampion title home. At the 2004 World Championships for young dressage horses he won the first qualification and took a respectable 4 th place in the finals just as he had in 2003. Baroncelli passes on his wonderful type and movement quality. He has produced numerous champion foals and high priced auction foals.
He won his first advanced level dressage test when he was just seven and took numerous Intermediaire I ribbons home.
2006 he started successfully at national and international top events ( CDI*** Wiesbaden ) 2006 he ranked for first time at the FN breeding value statistic with 150 points.
At the age of 7 he won his first dressage on advanced level. 8 and 9 years old he could decide numerous victories and places for himself on Germanys top competitions like in Wiesbaden, Verden or Affalterbach. 2007 the qualification for the finale of the Nuremberg Burgpokal marked another milestone in his athletic career. He achieved an outstanding place 4 in the finale in Frankfurt.
2008 he was placed many times in the king class of Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special.

BOLERO
, the great grand sire of BF Barona, stays in the limelight due to such high performance horses as Beauvalais with Spain’s Beatriz Ferrer-Salt, Brentina and Debbie McDonald of the USA and Bonaparte with Heike Kemmer. Bolero’s name will continue to shine with, among others, Bonito, Bernstein and Bouton with Nadine Capellmann.
Bolero is a symbol of modern Hannovarian breeding. With a great deal of thoroughbred blood in his pedigree he produces marketable horses at a steady rate.
From nine years of breeding he produced 41 sons among which Bergkristall, Bismarck, Bogenschuetze, Borneo, Brentano I and Brentano II, as well as three National German riding horse champions. These were Boruschkin (1984 in Munster), Bini Bo (1987 Vechta) and Boccacio (1988 Schenefeld), as well as the reserve champion Boya (1986 Aachen).
Among his 38 state premium mares was the DLG mare Batumi (twice class champion at the Ratje-Niebuhr show) and Baccarole, the champion of the first Europe Show in Brussels in 1990 and reserve champion (3 & 4 year olds) at the Bundes Show as well as the German riding horse champion (3 year olds) in Verden in 1990.
Some of Bolero’s sons have been very successful as sires, such as Beltain. Sire of the 2003 Warendorfer 4 year old champion stallion Belissimo M.
Brentano I and Brentano II, the 2003 Hannovarian stallion of the year and the sire of the dam of one of the most expensive horses ever Poetin. Bolero’s blood is as desirable as ever.
The Bolero bloodline is still very much up to date with successful horses such as Beauvalais, Brentina and Bonaparte and is very popular for breeders.

With Davignon I (Donnerhall) , in her pedigree carries BF BARONA one of the most influential dressage lines to date.
In the FN's estimated breeding value statistics and in the statistics of the Hanoverian Verband, Davignon ranks at the very top each year. He has won the Bundeschampionat and medium level tests and is now ready for Grand Prix. His sire, Donnerhall, was team World Champion and European Champion and of epoch-making significance in breeding. Both grandsires, Donnerwetter and Pik Bube, as well as Davignon's dam's brother have won advanced level dressage tests up to Grand Prix. But it's his off-spring that lend Davignon an international note. With meanwhile nearly 30 licensed sons throughout Europe, he also ranks at the top. Davignon's off-spring are continuously named in Bundeschampionat line ups. Julia Werndl won individual silver and team gold at the European Championships for young riders on her just 7 year old Davignon daughter, Dutchess. In 2006 he again left his stamp in the finals at the Bundeschampionat and the young horse World Championships with De la Vega. At the Verden elite auction his son Darwin B was the highest priced dressage horse. In the finale Piaff-Förderpreis at Stuttgard for young Grand-Prix riders Davignon – still a guarantee for success

Via the dam of BF Barona we find the successful Hanoverian edition of the Anglo Arabian stallion Matcho AA. This stallion passes his pleasant nature and excellent rideability and paces to his offspring.
Up to 1999 he produced 38 licensed sons and 123 state premium mares as well as over 100 Verden auction horses. Matcho AA was Champion of the stallion licensing of the 1982 Adelheids dorf with 138.83 points.

Grand dam StPr. DAKOTA
Dakota is a quality state premium mare of elegant type. Dakota finished the mare performance test with the top marks of 9/8/9. For rideability her rider gave her an 8 and the guest rider the top mark of 9!
She returned highly decorated from the biggest mare show in Hannover (Ratje Niebuhrschau).
With 5 state premium mares in the lines this is a mare family of the highest value.
