Statesman by Stedinger caused a sensation at the auction in Vechta were he was knocked-down for a new price record of 400,000 Euro to Lux-Dressage run by Michel Waehnert and Verena Heinz. At his 30-day test in Schlieckau, Lux Dressage Statesman OLD, who is already on the sport team promoted by the Oldenburg Verband, completely fulfilled all expectations with a 9.63 for rideability and a 9.13 for character and trot and clearly dominated in dressage (9.03).

600 three and four year old stallions were candidates for the licensing in Munich-Riem for the Southern German Horse Breeding Association but only 75 were chosen to compete in the licensing. 32 were licensed and in this group was the half brother out of the dam Gentina, who is the dam of our broodmare BF - Peppermint Petty and the grand dam of our broodmares BF - Filia Nova by Florencio. Fairbanks is qualified for the Bundeschampionat 2009.
