Our breeding philosophy is based on the principals of the top German breeding areas like Hannover, Oldenburg, Holstein and Westphalia.

 

Bluefields Stud owns imported and home breed stallions and mares with top pedigrees such as Rubinstein, Donnerhall, Bolero, Florestan, Weltmeyer, Relevant, to name a few - all stallion legends from the best European dressage bloodlines.

 

Lys Fuchs is an experienced breeder of performance horses in Germany and Switzerland. Prior to moving to Australia, Lys ran her own horse breeding company in Switzerland as well as managing the annual Swiss Elite Foal Auction from 2000-2005. Lys has also held executive committee positions with the Swiss Breeding Federation.
